Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It is approximatley 15 miles south of Naples and 45 minutes from Ft. Myers.
Marco Island is 14 square miles and hosts 6 miles of sun-drenched white sand beachfront. The Island has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.
LOCATION: Our beautifully kept condo is located on the 12th floor of Tradewinds. It is situated right on the tropical pristine beaches of Marco Island's Gulf of Mexico. From the living room and master bedroom you can access our private 20' balcony. From here you will enjoy the view of the beach to the south and at night enjoy the twinkle of city lights to the east.
ACCOMMODATIONS: This tastefully decorated and immaculate one bedroom, one and a half bath condo has been recently updated with new appliances, furniture, and fixtures throughout.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, dresser, night stand and a connecting bathroom shower/tub combination with toilet and a separate area with a sink and vanity, and a large walk-in closet.
The large living room dining room combination includes a queen sized sofa sleeper, side tables, cable television and dvd player. Linens and towels are provided for for both the master and sofa sleeper bed as well as the bathroom and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs including oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dinnerware, pots, pans, glasses, coffee pot, toaster, etc. Eat at the dining room table which seats four people or enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony.
Laundry facilities are located on each floor. Tradewinds also offer wi-fi in the social room and library. The Condo and unit is completely air conditioned/heated for your comfort. All utilities are included in your rental price. This is a no smoking unit and no pets are allowed. Covered parking is available. The lobby has a security door and there is never a long wait with three elevators. The heated outdoor pool is just off the beach area and poolside restrooms are available in the entrance right off the pool.
EXTRAS: Within walking distance is a variety of shops and restaurants that are sure to please the pickiest of eaters. Nearby on the Island are tennis courts, golf, and charter fishing opportunities.
